In the kitchen (and in present day), Viv is explaining her visit from Nora to Marcy and Moira the Elder ( Francis Conroy ) - remember, she just recognized her from the picture Violet showed her upstairs at the end of the last ep. Marcy brushes it off but Moira notes, "They do say we all have a doppleganger, Mrs. Harmon." Not that she'd know anything about doubles from personal experience or anything, though. Nope. Just here to dust.

Viv says someone's trying to make her crazy, and Marcy asks Moira to make Mrs. Harmon some tea (not the Constance Comment - just in case!) Viv's response: "Don't patronize me." Marcy tells story of her pregnant Cousin Helen, who thought the toys in the nursery were dancing to "some dreadful African drumbeat" in a kind of voodoo ritual - she thinks it's hormones, and what Viv should REALLY be concerned about is the missing Mr. Escandalorian's escrow check.
